Recharge taking so long

Sorry to ask but do you guys know why recharge now takes 3-4 hours to even get your charge? I am waiting for one of my charges but the event i did it for only lasts for 5 more hours.

I also noticed a Bug when trying to recahrge from R2games directly says my character doesn't exist.

Such typically occurs when you are not logged into the right account. First try logging out and proceed to clearing your browser history, cache, temporary files, and any saved passwords. After doing so, refresh your browser session and then log back in directly through R2's homepage.
