Just wondering,is the 2x EXP for VIP is automatically enable or you get a ticket for it??? and if its a ticket should I have got my 2xEXP and my 2xPET EXP with my Crystal/Dragon Coin and other stuff. Also does the first payment pack include VIPs?

The 2x exp for your pet and character is automatic. You can use exp tokens on top of that to earn even more exp.
