  • 20% Bonus Crystals?

    Okay so do we start counting the 96hrs after the 1'st or after your first purchase? Cause i bought on the 29th, so im wondering when i should expect the bonus to kick in

    i guess the 20% Bonus Crystals is gone.. replaced with the new promo pack IMO...

        If you're talking about this: http://forum.r2games.com/showthread....-Crystal-Bonus! it is separate from the first purchase pack. The 96 hours starts from the time the event ends, so you *should* receive your bonus crystal pack in your inventory by end of day, server time, tomorrow. If you don't receive it by then, file a ticket at http://tickets.r2games.com, including a link to the event thread and a screenshot of your order for the fastest response.

            hmmm.... thanks for the heads up.. i guess i should file a ticket.. i did not received any bonus crystals by that time.. only the promo pack

              This was a email i sent regarding the 20% bonus crystals. My question was, will i be getting my bonus crystals card 96hrs after the promo ended like it said in forums, this was the response, appears either they decided to end the event without telling anyone and not give crystals, or this costumer assistant is just confused on whats actually going on. So i guess we probabaly not gonna get our bonus crystals...well guess i wont be cashing again. This kinda stuff just makes me mad...put a event, then cancel it without notify the players, so that players continue to cash thinking thye will be getting a bonus.

                  Are these costumer service guys some chinese workers from overseas who dont understand english?

                  This was the recent answer i got to my. "its been 96hrs when will i recieve my 20% bonus crystals"

                  Its quite obvious this guy doesnt even understand the english language, how would me refreshing my browser magically make a crystal card tho no1 in the game has recieved yet appear?
