anyone can help me why when i buy crystal my card always declined. .
i try my mastercard on other to buy something and it works fine here in cs always declined

Please file a ticket at http://tickets.r2games.com. Ask them if they can clear your declined history and whitelist your card so that you can try again. They'll let you know if they need any additional information.
