Can not connect to server

As the tilte say, I am from s70 and I cant connect but when I tried other server it connects, Tried to restart wifi and clear the cache but still the same.

I also have loading problems in S116. Tried Clearing caches,flushing DNS, installing client and stuff but still failed to connect server.
