I'm aware of where you can find them in game, but of course you're as helpful as ever, Rev.

Weekly events can be checked in-game under the ‘Special’ tab in the Events interface. There hasn’t been a real patch in ages, so the announcements, as frequently inaccurate as they are, have no real presence on the forum anyhow.
