So im trying to head down the path of broken seal, without going to uneeded skills.

I read i needed two lvl 5 skills in Goddess servant to become votary, I chose the 2 left skills to max, but im still a servant, did i do something wrong.

Now visit the Wishing Well, select Goddess Belief, choose your Goddess, then choose the option that looks like a promotion.

Remember you've done that, because the next tier requires specific blessings to upgrade before you can go on to the next tier. The same option you chose to get your promotion thing, is the same one you can use to find out which blessings are required.
