Question about drops

so my character is a level 35 priest but I've been using the holy robes and shining gloves which are than what I'd like to be using ,So was wondering what monsters could i fight to get 31+armor ? or how i can go about getting it besides the starter pack I'm 5 levels away for being able to open

Form a party, if you have heals, grab a tank, and run Vault NM for Epic Ethereal shards or buy them from people's shops.
