I did not sign up for your website, someone else has been using my email address to sign up for various gaming sites. I've tried mailing your company but was told to open a support ticket, which is impossible to do since I didn't set up the account and have no clue what the server name and all that garbage is. I finally requested a password reset so I could delete the account myself and can't see where that's an option on the site either.
I'm starting to get pretty damn angry and would really like someone to get back to me about deleting this account and blocking my email from the server.

And while you're at it, you should really make it easier for people to contact you about these problems.
