    Crystal problems

    I order crystals on 3/28/13 and still have not recieved the goods. I tried to fill out a ticket but it does not show my character on server S62 bloodshed hollow.
    Here is the info from my order history. can anyone solve my problem?

      I tried it several times but it seemed to not work. but I just tried again and the ticket went through. Now to see if I can get my goods.
