    Slow vip...

    My char is out of VIP in which the VIP status of my account already billed till 5th of May..
    almost 24 hour now and im doing stuffs w/out VIP..

    Please check it out if theres any probs...
    i never got any probs of it so far...

      cant send a ticket w/out transaction/order number which will not show in account details for payments if we use paypal/credit cards..

        i had exactly the same problem, i sent a ticket in and put ...... in the transaction/order number and R2 sorted it out almost immediately, think it must be a glitch somewhere along the line Hope you get it sorted soon

          You can put anything in the transaction number field of the ticket. I usually use 11111111, I've seen people use 'unknown' as well.
