how do you qualify for this. i have made 3 separate payments now via the recharge button on the home page, but still i have not received this reward.
i'd like a nice angel, a vault and item expander. What do you need to do ?

Of those three, was the first payment your very first payment since this promotion started? You only get it once.

If it was, just get a screenshot of your paypal receipt and file a ticket.

i have had to make out 3 separate report tickets to nudge my crystal payments through and have asked each time do i qualify for this reward. It hasn't been mentioned if i do, just that my crystals have been paid into my account. Maybe tomorrow when i log on something will show
