about tickets

i filed a ticket about how i cant get into my character, bla bla, but i was wondering if anyway could tell me how they will contact me back? through email? and if they cant help me, will they send me an email saying that, or just forget about it and not say anything?

When you filled a ticket, you entered your email right?
An email will be send to you notifying you that you had open a ticket. The email header should be like Support Ticket Opened [#------]
When an R2 Staff member respond to your ticket, they will again notify you on your email account.
Use that ticket number and your email to check your ticket status on the right hand side of http://tickets.r2games.com/
