windows live ID signin problem

hello I am posting this on behalf of a friend who has not been able to log in and cannot create a new forum ID to post due to new registrations being blocked by an admin for whatever reason.



this box appears after they type in their username and password then the second screenshot is what happens when login is clicked in that box. If anyone can please help it would be greatly appreciated.

i usually login my alt from "login with an existing account option"> select windows live id> after entering my login info have been getting "This web page has a redirect loop" error since reset

any updates?is this solved for others?im still getting the redirect loop error. and its happening only to my windows live id account. yahoo and gmail works fine

yes exactly what squint said is happening I've even tried logging it in on my PC just to see if it was her connection or her PC messing something up. Thank you memorylane for getting the gears in motion on resolving this issue.

I have this problem for one of my other accounts as well. I click on the icons, I am taken to the login page, I login (username and password and hit enter), and then it gives an error. (but interestingly enough, if I go to my email, it logs me in automatically so that means the cookie for logging in to windows mail is created successfully - just the authorization for r2/openid seems to throw an error)

At what point during the login process is the error occurring? Is it when you click on the Live login button, or is it after you enter your login details?

Yeah she still can't log in and is getting pretty ******. We've started looking for a new game to play thats more reliable anyone have any suggestions?

My alt's account is also log in through window's ID and I am also having a experiencing the problem, I'm sure something will be done about this soon so just give it a while.
