  • havent received crystal

    was actually 2000 crystal about half hr ago but hasnt been added to my account, how long does it normally take?

    Normally takes 12-24 hours if its your first purchase.

        Please check your order history at www.r2games.com/user

        Note the Order Number and Status for the crystals you are missing. Send that info in a ticket to http://tickets.r2games.com.

                  crimson, relax and take a break for a bit. I already forwarded your Ticket to a GM and he will be taking care of you.
                  During everybody's first purchase, the minimum amount of time it takes will be 12 hours.
                  It's in order to ensure that the card you're using was not a fraud - in other words, stolen information.
                  We're doing our part by assisting you and what we need back from you in patience.

                      This is not a short process - I want you to acknowledge that. Patience is a virtue and you need to learn that.
                      Whatever the case is, I was informed that your ticket number cannot be found. In other words, I nee you to double check whether or not you gave us the correct ticket number.
