    I can't seem to be able to file a ticket.

    I was on my alternate account, Photograph. I attempted to change the password, it said 'Old password incorrect'. I dismissed the warning and logged out of the account. Upon later logging into aforementioned account, I am unable to, as the potential password I set it as is incorrect, and so is the old password (before changining it).

    May I request a temporary password in which I can access the account so I can change it?

          Yes, I have, although I am unsure of what I need to enter in the 'account' field, whether this account or Photograph.

            Any account will do as long as you are able to select one of your characters in the Character Name dropdown menu.
