sometimes it can take a hour or so, if it doesn't show up in a while then get copys of transaction completed #'s and file ticket please, the transaction #'s of completed sale will help speed things along

To add on, if this is your very first purchase, then you will be going through a 12-hour anti-fraud system in order for R2 to verify that it is actually you. After those 12 hours, if you still do not receive your Crystals in which you will need to be logged on for, then file a ticket HERE and inquire about it.

In order to find your Crystal Purchase Transaction Number, then you may go HERE and click on "Order History" and include your Order Number when filing out the ticket.
