Yes! Lvl 30+ dungeons with normal and above drop red adamantite! Have fun collecting 100000000 red adamantite for the max insignia( not really possilbe, if only you could cash 100k+? crystal just to obtain the max insignia or it takes 2 year + ? worth of collection ><)
