Eidolon Knight(Protection) skill help?

Hi,

So i have maxed out Protection skill at the furthest right where it consist of Improved/Earth's Blessing, Wave and SteriodsIn addition, i will add every skill points to blood lust and fight on if available .So now i am left with many skill points. Any suggestion which skills to distribute on?

Essentials:
shield breaker 5/5
dragon hook 5/5 (need max range to hook for PvP)
titan's guard 5/5 (or less depending on how much damage reduction you have)
battle hymn 5/5
improved Saber Slash 5/5 (considering that it's a skill you spam over and over again)
shock blade 5/5 (gives lots of damage and roots)
crater smash 5/5 (love this skill)

just like to add one more thing max backbreaker awesome and helpfull skill in pvp and pve
