Muted for no reason

an hour ago i finally got a Burning Angel and all of a sudden got muted. I have not spammed,cursed or gotten into an argument with anyone today, before getting muted or ever since s67 began.i filed a ticket but i doubt an immediate reply,please help me,thanks

Getting BA will cause you to be muted for no apparent reasons. It's a glitch atm in Crystal Saga.
