hi i just downloaded this game but i live in france and all the servers are for the US does that mean i cant play?

All of the servers are in US Time zones. You can play anywhere in the world, you do not have to live in the US, BUT you should remember that all events are in US time zones.
If there are no stupid questions, then what kind of questions do stupid people ask? Do they get smart just in time to ask questions?
