I got no first payment pack..

I payed 10 dollars and only got a 9.99 pack, will the first payment pack come soon or were they supposed to come at the same time? please help me...

When I recharged it took them a day to end up sending it.

That's ok they sent me 4 though xD heard it happened to ppl on hellstorm other than me.
