Level 70 Redemption Quest

Not really an actual bug with the quest itself but with the book being dropped from specific monsters. It says "Kill level 70-74 Monsters until you obtain book" bla bla bla. Well in Tinosia Delta, and Erie Marsh the "Earth Elemental" Monsters, are level 73 I believe and they do not drop the book. I know it's probably just as easy to go and kill a different monster for the book but Earth Elemental's fall under the 70-74 rule, for books.

Just thought I would point this out.
