if my server going to be shutdown..can i use another server??

Maintenance occurs once a week and lasts for just a few hours. Normally, servers 1, 2, 3 go down first, followed about an hour by all the other servers. During this time, none of the servers are accessible. Once the servers come back up, you'll be able to access your character like normal.

If you decide to play a different server at any time, for any reason, you will need to create a new character and start from scratch.

like can we use another server without changing the character or start over??

not shutdown, i mean like under repair or something..for every thursday
