I cant log in one of my account

I cant log in one of my account. It says failed login, unknown error! it has been like that for 2 weeks. I sent a ticket but they havent given me any solution and i need my account back cuz i ve lot of important stuffs. Please help me, i ve a screenshot of the erro and it explain what happen.

Mind providing your ticket number? You can drop off your ticket number to any moderator and we can get that forwarded for you. You can also try clearing your auto fill and saved passwords options to see if it does anything.
