Please file a ticket here: http://support.r2games.com/ explain the situation. You are going to need your character name, your server number, the character name of who you were sending a gift to, and the time and date that this happened in your ticket. Along with any screenshots that you might possibly have grabbed.
If there are no stupid questions, then what kind of questions do stupid people ask? Do they get smart just in time to ask questions? -
