so a i set up a character lock for my priest lvl 49 but i didnt playled in months and i forgot my password is there anything i can do???

You will need to file a ticket here: http://support.r2games.com/. Briefly explain your issue and request that the character lock be removed/reset. The GMs will proceed with the process after confirming the account is actually your's.
