bug in dragon sword?

yesterday i won a dragon sword(3 hours) from the A day in vidalia quest today i used it after 15 minutes my connection to the server failed so i tried to relog but there was a login problem after the problem was fixed i logged in to the game to find the the dragon sword had already expired even though it should still have 2 hours remaining. please help

The timer on DS is counted down even if you are not online. It will be 3 hours since you first get the sword, NOT 3 hours of online time
