10:10 PM 25/07/2014 - UTC+7 I bought 500 crystal through mol, my mol point was reduced and I received MOLPoints Transaction Confirmation Email but ......... I didn't receive any crystal. I refreshed, logged out and logged in but it doesn't work. Please help me!

I connected to mol and they connected to GMs. I have received crystal.
