Bounty Hunting

it seems the Bounty Hunting Quest is broken...it won't alow me to get the quest from the Quarter Master at all, and even though i completed the quest a few times i can't get the rewards from the Quartermaster

It's an old event from months ago, now you can't complete it anymore.

i thought that might be the case, but useualy old questes like that get deleted when they do the matanance so i thought i'd check

Some old quests aren't being deleted with maintenance, it has happened quite a few times. Also if you like, post a screenshot of the error. That way we know more clearly what's going on.
