bought crystal

hi there
paid for 500 crystal more than 1 hour ago and still no crystal.
on account it saz completed but i didnt receive any crystal yet...
tried to submit a ticket but that isnt working either...just sends me to support page!
can i get some help please?

If you didn't get it within 24 hours file a ticket.
it generally takes 24 hours for your first purchase.

As stated by your fellow poster, first purchases may take up to 24 hours for your goods to be delivered. On that note, there's currently a directing issue with the ticket link that's affecting certain locations (UK and US to name a couple), and that's why you were unable to file a ticket. We are aware of the problem and it is currently being looked into. There's a good chance it may not be fixed till Monday as the techs are usually off for the weekend.
