treasure shop not working

well this is an issue for many ppl in my server ....some of them r not able to open the shop it gets stuck on screen and some chinese thingy appears on it
for me ,i am not able to exchange stuff from the shop..pls look into it

Issue Reporting: Also experiencing the same issue as previously reported by Diablu. Additionally, once I click on the Treasure Shop icon to open it, most of the other icons become disabled.

Additional Information: Cache, cookies, etc. is cleared on a regular basis. Dragon Pals operates relatively the same in both Comodo Dragon and Comodo IceDragon. Operating Comodo Dragon at time of occurrence.

I also am having trouble getting the shop to load. I can click on and open it, but it gets stuck loading and can't click on anything else on the game screen. Have to refresh to get out and reload. Also has Chinese lettering when the shop opens. Hope this screenshot helps. Thank you.

Treasure Shop doesn't work

Now I can get the shop to load but all buttons are darkened even though I have enough points and gold to buy something. I hope this gets fixed before the event is over so we can all buy stuff from the shop.
