    This is the second week in a row that I am missing cross server rewards. Did anyone else not get their rewards for this week?

      I had same problem this morning. Can't screenshot. I'm getting the claim rewards screen but claim button is darked out and can't click to claim. Tried rebooting, refreshing, relog in, clearing cache, etc

          You should contact our support at http://www.r2games.com/support/
          Also they will need a screenshot showing that you are eligible for rewards, one which shows your team in CSC grid.

                You should contact our support at http://www.r2games.com/support/
                Submit a ticket describing your problem and give them those screenshots.

                  went to support submitted a ticket. it said it sent a message and to follow the instructions but I never got a message.

                    same thing happened to me. said it sent an email - nope. haven't seen a message to me here - or reward in game either.

                    So i'm gonna assume support has gone to the same place as anniversary event and gem vendor

                      Maybe ticket was not answered yet, because it takes time and mail was not sent to you?

                          For now no, i will ask support tomorrow about your ticket.
                          It was sent for Yibb S72, right? Also, please pm me on which domain was your email adress(like gmail, yahoo, etc).
