I was told there was a way to get wings for gold so now I have 248 and no wings. Is there another requirement like a certain amount per offer?

If you're getting your gold from free offers, you should make sure that all the gold you received (need at least 100+ gold) is purely from offers. So if you had 120 gold, but 21 of it was from the market, you can't get it.
Then just click on your character picture on the top left, and then click the wing/feather icon, and it should be straightforward from there (unless changed with the patch!) Otherwise, should work too if you just click the flashy "get wings!!" icon, and redeem the gift pack.Comment
