Not recieving blessing pack from my wife

ive been having an issue, i wasnt sure where to post this but...i have not been receiving blessing packs from my wife in mail...despite her ending them. the ones with flowers and an enchanting stone. they used to come through but not anymore. but the weird thing is i am still able to receive vigor potions from her. can somebody help me out?

Partner can't send blessing packs. You receive blessing packs only when other players send you wedding blessings. If you dont celebrate weddings you cant receive the packs.
