hi may i know how to use these talent books such as genesis II and the level and level 2 skill tome books?

you need then to open and upgrade skills, new skills openning with lvls, like 45 will give 6 new skills, and lvl 50, 3 more and so on more till lvl 80 for now so just save them, you will need them

ic. thanks. im level 34 already, how many skills should i have? i only see one.
another thing, when i click on the books, it only gives me two options : show and sell
does it have the open option when i have extra skill slots?

Nope, you will use them automaticaly when raise skills, at train -> skills.
