Anyone can give tips on how to play a Zerk?

I know we should have Agility as well as Critical.

What about the demoralize skill? Is it a good skill to have or should i stick to Valiant Banner?

Daisuke has posted a ideal guide for that. Take a look at his post. You should check out basic guide. They are very similar. Get those common gems first because they are important for you stat. You will have 4 and 5 socket slots. Pick the one most effective. Try and see. Experimenting is good.
