How to increase battle slots in Party?

How does one occupy more slots in Party?

I currently have 3 heroes and 1 Angel occupying the slots; apart from myself.

I thought, at level#45, there would 4 slots available for heroes.

lvl 35 gives you 4 hero slots
lvl 45 gives you 5th hero slot

as your question simple click on party and move one of you heroes in the left panel to a slot you desire

Please see the attached screenshot. I am able to add only 3 heroes i.e. drag-and-drop of additional heroes into the slots highlighted by arrows doesn't work.

There is 2 open slots - 1 to the left of asterisk; another to the left of Rose Knight.

I guess I am missing something here

first things first, did you finish your main quest?

second, did you upgrade your astral?

when you drag the heroes into their appropriate slots is there a check mark?

Whenever I try to move heroes on the left into the battle slots - check mark is visible only when I hover the new heroes over the slots already populated. When I hover the new heroes over the empty slots, I get a cross mark.

LOL, it forgot to consider the obvious.

Moved existing heroes and put the new heroes into the recently vacated sport. Now I have 3 heroes in the front, 1 alongside; with the angel bringing up the rear slot.

Is that what one gets for Level#46?
