Go to interphase where Twilight Clash And Cross Server Wars, have in Common from there you can Access Cross server Wars then there Goes honor shop as easy as that, =) Good luck!

Better asnwer: Go to Guild -> click Guild Events -> click Twilight Clash -> click Skins -> click "Play Cross-Server" -> click Honor Shop
Voila now you can buy anything you wanna from the Honor Shoppie. Hope i was helpful ~
