Gems for each hero types !!?

Hi guys !
I'm newbie in LoA. And I need some advice for my sets. It's about gems

My choise for my sorcerer :
- Tanker (front row): MDEF, PDEF, HP, Dodge, Block
- Attacker :
+ Hunter/Rouge (front row): PATK, MDEF, PDEF, HP, Dodge or Block
+ Hunter/Rouge (Back row): PATK, MDEF, PDEF, HP, Crit or Agi
+ Mage (back row): MATK, MDEF, PDEF, HP, Crit or Agi
- Supporter : MATK, MDEF, PDEF, HP, Agi
- Main hero : ATK, MDEF, PDEF, HP, Crit

It's ok ? Or anyone can give me some advice to help me become better. I am defeated by someone who have lower Br than me about 8k. What's happen ?

For pvp..he beats u propbably cuz hes main caracter is stronger than yours, hes angel is better, he gets to strike befor u...this are a few reasons...If ur not a hard casher i advice u to dont spread ur br around the party, concentrate un your main caracter...1 hero and angel,but anyway a strong main and a strong angel always makes the difference..
Newbies tend to think that high br mean everything....well as u can see it dosent.

BR isn't everything, i killed someone with 100k more BR than me.

my class was sorcerer and im a dodger. my gem priority was (MATK > DODGE > CRIT > HP > MDEF/PDEF/AGI).
my dragon soul was dodge, got 5200 dodge total, using imperial unicorn for extra dodge.

formation, mount upgrade, hero upgrade, gem, enhance, enchantment, heroes, mount, aegis, dragon soul, skill, level, emblem, title. all of them affect your real performance.

you may need to give your BR, formation, everything, before i can actually helping you.
the most important was heros(with train and bless), formation, angel
