There is nothing like BEST attributes or BEST totem, all depends on your main and party build.
Check the picture for example of my party! I use Dragon totem to revive Rage to main and Nereida... In that way Nereida receive Rage and use her skill more often and give my party more Rage, atk, def and agility. For dragon soul I use HP, Patk, End, Dodge and Crit.
