quest loop it's blocked

I can't pass "Cool bay" quest. I finish the quest, I have the msg "complete", but the quest it's still there.

And also another problem Tunderclap skill I guess don't work properly because I have lvl 5 and at description: 150% ATK + 1100.
Another players have also lvl 5 but they do 220% + 1400.

What do you mean by the quest is still there? Like you haven't returned it yet? Can I get a screenshot?

As for the thunderclap skill, the icons for paladin's thunderclap and sorcerer's shock therapy is identical, but paladin's thunderclap deals 150%+1100 dmg to a whole column of enemies while sorcerer's shock therapy does 220%+1400 dmg to a single target
