I can not see 217th sever

217th sever (Burning Valley) open on at US East 10: 00 AM (9/6/2014 EDT), but I can not see it. I checked all sever, I only see 215th in US East, 213th in US West, 216th in EU, 214th in Ocean. Please respond me. Thank you so much!

I type in " Please input your sever number to login Directly" and I see this "Server undergoing temporary maintenance". I checked tomorrow and last Saturday. I see it too
