10K Diamond Recharge Not Received

I just recharged 10K diamonds @ 15:56, Sept 19 and still haven't received my diamonds. I have recharged many, many times and this is the first time this happened. Can a mod correct this otherwise I will hesitate to recharge from now on and will go to Paypal Resolution Center.
