Just because it happens to upgrade near 8-9k a lot, doesnt mean if it goes over its a bug. As long as the bubble isnt full, its not a bug

yup, my guildies evo pts was 15k to goes upto 8star. so talk about bad luck, you are one of it. :P

8-9k is a lucky average...sometimes it does take a lot more to evolve it, some people have had to fill the entire bubble up
