synth lvl5 matk+dodge

I have 2 lvl 5 matk + dodge .. i need a 3rd to swap it for a lvl6 ..
how can i synth lvl5 matk + dodge gem ?

its not available yet to be able to synth or upgrade those gems, all we can do is just wait and see for when they release that option for us in forge.

and not a single mod has answered my topic related to this theme and update )

there have been several threads about this and i know on at least 1 a mod has responded, which is why some should look to see if a post has been started already.
