problem dragon soul reward

i have problem in the same server in dragon soul
the reward and everyone got the gift except me still not collect i change the browser but nothing change. please check and repair bug in my char

There are loads of simmilar buga goinga round atm. Seems like tghe DST change bugged out the resets.
