Cannot log in

Every time I seem to try to get in game the % stops at 99%... Not sure what's going on but ever since update it's been like this.

I am also having the same problem, been over an hour now, same as the poster before me stuck at loading 99%, i have cleared cache, restarted pc etc, still cannot get in game. I have also tried another browser, same problem
