    HoC Cumulative Reward collection

    This is in reference to the recent HoC event that finished on my server (ua18 - s26 pardisia's glory). My IGN is Seraph. I havent been able to collect the cumulative award for the point rankings which is essentially 100 Seraph Stones. Please tell me what can be done about it. Please Find attached a Screen Shot fo supporting the same.

    Did you picked up the overall rewards once since HoC started?
    If so, you can only collect them once, not more.
    If the day before ( 2nd of december ) you ranked on overall and collected it, today you can't anymore.

      NO i didn'y Collect it at all .... i only collect the daily rewards
