    Missing 4k diamonds !!!

    I recharged 4k diamonds to get recharge reward 10k recharge one and do get hot event reward prize and now says payment complited but no diamonds on my account ! LIke you see i have but everything out in pictures that what rewards im gonna mis if i dont get diamonds prefore server reset.

                      Now i got my 4k diamonds but im missing hite event reward " The Precious " reward i recharged prefore reset 4k diamonds and i could claim 4k in hot event " The Precious " and im missing total recharge reward. With that event time i recharged more than 10k diamonds and yesterday prefore reset i recharged 4k diamonds what makes my total recharge with that event time like 10 500 diamonds and im missing that 10k reward.

                        first screenshot you see all complited payments make me 11k diamonds bought on the period of total recharge so missing rewards from there. and 4k diamonds from the Prcious.

                        got my bought 4 000 diamonds but where is my total recharge reward 10 000 recharge reward ? 3 000 darics, 1000 refine stones , 1000 rune stones and 1000 aegis shards ? and hot event " The Precious reward " with 4 000 diamonds recharge i could get claim 4 000 diamonds from there ! Thx to you guys i didnt get does rewards ! And thx to you all and thx for that i didint get 3rd place on tycoon and didnt get 2 lvl 10 cherberuses got only 1 lvl 10 cherberus. So plz be good and mail me my missing rewards. 3 000 darics, 1000 refine stones , 1000 rune stones and 1000 aegis shards and 4 000 diamonds.

                            I refreshed and just got 4k diamonds what i burcased but where are other rewards what i didint get ?
                            3 000 darics, 1000 refine stones , 1000 rune stones and 1000 aegis shards and 4k diamonds !?!?

                              Most likely you received the diamonds after the event ended ( tycoon ) and rewards from Recharge Rewards changed as well.
                              Have you replied to the ticket that you made with your problem?
